How to Get Started as an
E&M Verified Supplier

Follow these 5 simple steps to register, get approved, and start receiving orders through Uganda CIS.

Step 1: Register Your Business

  1. Go to uganda-cis.com/register on your phone or computer.
  2. Click the "Supplier / Business" tab at the top of the form.
  3. Fill in your business name, category, location, and contact number.
  4. Submit the form — you will see a confirmation message on screen.

Step 2: Wait for Account Approval

  1. E&M will review your registration within 1–2 working days.
  2. You will be contacted by phone or WhatsApp once your account is approved.

Step 3: Log In to the Supplier Portal

  1. Go to uganda-cis.com/supplier-portal on your phone or computer.
  2. Enter the phone number you used when registering.
  3. Click "Access My Orders" — you are now logged in to your portal.

Step 4: Add & Update Your Prices

  1. Inside the portal, find the "Update Prices" section.
  2. Your materials will be listed — click Edit next to any item to update its price.
  3. To add a new material, fill in the form at the bottom and submit for E&M review.
  4. To update many prices at once, use "Bulk CSV Upload" — download the template, fill in your prices, then re-upload.

Step 5: Manage Orders Assigned to You

  1. Inside the portal, you will see all orders assigned to your business.
  2. Update the order status as you go: Processing → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
  3. When delivering, upload a photo of the signed delivery note as proof of delivery.
  4. E&M and the customer are automatically notified at each stage.
